A recent article published in the Sunday Honolulu newspaper features Eileen Lacerte as she discusses her involvement in the Emerald Homes development project.
Emerald Homes single-family and duplex homes at Waiulaula in the Mauna Kea Resort are now 50 percent sold. According to Eileen LaCerte, Broker/Owner of Hawaii Golf and Beach Properties, who handles sales for the project, the first homes will be delivered in about two months. “Our buyers, who are primarily from the West Coast, are in the market for a second home or retirement home, or both,” LaCerte said. “Many will rent their units out as vacation homes when they are not there. These buyers know quality when they see it and are happy to acquire something brand new that will not require any renovation. They embrace our indoor/outdoor lifestyle and really appreciate having their own swimming pool and spa, as well as an outdoor second kitchen, right on the property. The Hapuna Golf Course wraps around the community and one of the island’s best tennis facilities is right here in Mauna Kea.”
